We aim to send your orders out within 1-5 business days and your items should be delivered between 5-8 business days. We do offer Express Shipping which will arrive the next day on orders before noon.

Returns/Refund:

We do not offer returns if you have a change of mind, we only accept returns if the product is faulty.

A refund may be offered within the first 14 days of receiving your goods if they are deemed faulty by Superior Flame. Photos of the faulty product/s will need to be provided via email to superiorflamesoycandlesandmore@gmail.com to be assessed and considered by our team to see if a refund is required due to the product being faulty.

* No change of mind refunds will be offered.*

Superior Flame will also not take responsibility for any damage incurred during transit as ample packaging is provided to protect the goods during transit.

If it has been longer than 14 days we cannot offer you a refund so please contact via email superiorflamesoycandlesandmore@gmail.com within 14 days if you suspect your candle is faulty.

Sale and seconds items are not eligible for a refund.
